What are the most common and challenging types of crises faced by European universities? The questionnaire and the work of the Mobility Programme team will make it easier to identify those challenging aspects of crisis communication management. They will provide a guideline with the key skills for effective crisis communication, and will discuss areas of potential vulnerability for universities in the near future.
