With technology offering us myriad options and methods for communications, do we get lost in the tangled web, or do we turn towards it for inspiration?

With a global brand to manage, devolved budgets and priorities to contend with and a need to balance growth with student satisfaction, hear how Theresa Merrick has been leading her team through crisis, triumphs and everything in between, all the while with one eye on the future.
