Universities are complicated animals. When you're trying to take a strategic approach to communications, particularly when it comes to your institution's flagship research areas that affect several faculties, decentralization and the multiplication of communication channels become a problem.
Over the past 2 years, we've tried to adopt a strategic approach to 3 transversal research areas (AI, sustainability, health), which affect several faculties, research centers and laboratories. We are going to present our approach and our tools.
