The conference organizers have entered into an agreement with two hotels to offer participants discounted room rates for the EUPRIO 2025 conference.
We have selected as main accommodation for the participants, the speakers and the organizers the Marriott Hotel Lisboa, located near the airport and the historic city center, where we have optioned 300 rooms with the aim of staying together and providing opportunities to meet outside the conference. EUPRIO provides transports buy busses from the hotel to the conference venue and viceversa. The busses will leave the hotel in the morning and come back in the evening after the dinners. Who don't want to profit from this service can use UBER that is quite common in Portugal and easy to reach.
For those who prefer to stay closer to the conference venue, we have also reserved 40 rooms at the Riviera Hotel in Carcavelos, that is 1,2 km far from the venue of the conference.
Participants have to contact the hotels directly to book and pay for their accommodations based on the information provided below.

Riviera Hotel Carcavelos payment conditions: Direct payment by each guest at the check-out. Reservations with direct payment should be guaranteed with credit card - The Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings not guaranteed until 72H before the day of arrival. Cancellations: Cancellations up to 72h prior to arrival day will not be charged; After 72h and arrival day the Hotel will charge one night as agreed rate. In case of a no-show it will be charged the value of the full stay as agreed rate.
The EUPRIO conference takes place during the peak summer season in Portugal. Additionally, Carcavelos is considered one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the region. For this reason, we strongly encourage all participants to book their rooms at one of the partner hotels as soon as possible.
