Conference fees
- EUPRIO Members 2024: 600 € (including admission to the full conference programme, the social events, and the conference pack)
- NON-EUPRIO Members 2024: 800 € (including admission to the full conference programme, the social events, and the conference pack)
- Companion: 220 € (including the guided tours and the evening social events)
Applicants who want to become EUPRIO members are invited to apply for their membership to the Association before or together with the registration to the conference in order to have the special discount for Members. For more information about Euprio membership go to Join Us.
Registration step by step
- login to MyEUPRIO with your e-mail and password or create a new account, if you don't have one;
- click on the banner "CONFERENCE REGISTRATION" on the homepage of your profile;
- fill in all the requested data page by page, remembering to click on SAVE before leaving each page;
- Click on SUBMIT after checking your registration data at the end of the registration form.
After the submission, you will receive a pdf file of your registration (you can see it on the homepage of your MyEuprio profile too). You can complete it and submit it again until May 31, 2024 but the invoice will be sent to you after the first submission. As soon as we receive the payment, we send you a receipt. We accept payments only by bank transfer. To the following bank account:

How the parallel sessions work
There are three different kind of parallel sessions (see the programme for details):
- A presentation involves the speaker discussing a specific topic. It should last 30 to a maximum of 45 minutes and include time for questions and answers as well as a discussion with the participants. (Low to medium interaction)
- A workshop begins with a brief introduction to the topic and allows for comments from the participants (approximately 10 minutes). This is followed by discussions in small working groups (20 minutes), the outcomes of which are then presented by the groups (15 minutes). Finally, the results are discussed in the plenary session. (Medium to very interactive)
- A talk starts with a concise thematic introduction to the topic (maximum 5 minutes). It is followed by various aspects or best-practice examples of the topic through one or more brief impulse presentations (maximum of 5-7 minutes each, depending on the number of presenters). After these presentations, there is an opportunity for questions, and the facilitator moderates a discussion with the experts and the audience. (Very interactive)
In the conference programme you have four sessions. Most of the activities are repeated twice and last one hour.
In the registration form you can select maximum 4 activities. If a workshop is fully booked, you see it in grey and you cannot select it.
Cancellation policy
- Until April 26, 2024: a loss of 50% of the registration fees will apply
- From April 27 to May 17, 2024: a loss of 75% of the registration fees will apply
- From May 18, 2024 on: no refund will be possible
