Head of Unit for the Press Office and Editorial content at the Communications and Public Relations Office at Karolinska Institutet, a medical university.

• The Press Office and Editorial Content unit works with media relations and planning and production of editorial material, news and feature. 
• We serve media by answering questions from journalists and by facilitating expert contacts. 
• We share news and stories about KI's research and education and portray KI as a university and stakeholder in society. 
• We develop KI’s channels and new formats for editorial content. 
• We support the organisation with media and communication advice and through external monitoring. 

My background at KI

I have a background as a journalist and started as an editor at Karolinska Institutet in 2007. I have been editor of the staff magazine KI Bladet, editor-in-chief of KI News, and have been involved in communication develoment at KI in several positions: as the Acting Chief Press Officer, as the Acting Head of Unit for External Relations and Research Communication and as a Communication Development Strategist. I am currently Head of Unit for the Press Office and Editorial Content.
