Mariusz J. Sielski is an expert in the field of European Policies and Politics, EU’s relations with the Post-Soviet states and the EU’s external action. Since more than 20 years he has been delivering courses at different universities all around Europe. He has been the visiting professor at the College of Europe (Bruges-Natolin), European Studies Institute (Moscow), Sciences Po (Institut d’études politiques de Paris),; he has been also involved in College of Europe’s Development Office trainings (Russia, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan etc.). 

Currently he is working for the SGH Warsaw School of Economics as a spokesman and Communication Office Director. He used to be a coordinator of the academic cooperation & representative of the College of Europe to the European Studies Institute (MGIMO, Moscow) from 2008 till 2015, research fellow and visiting scholar at French Russian Centre for Social and Humanistic Sciences, Moscow (2007-2009) and Harvard University (HURI, 1997).  

From 1999 to 2005 he was the Head of the Academic Service at the Warsaw campus of the College of Europe. Since then, he has been participating in the CoE’s Development Office projects. 

He was a founder and editor-in-chief of the analytical review ‘EURAZJA’ specialised in the post-Soviet policies; Centre for Eastern Studies (1994-1998, Warsaw).
