Practical workshop to know if we are really being inclusive when we publish on our social networks, in reference to people with visual and hearing disabilities, dyslexics, syndromes such as Autism or Asperger, the elderly according with long live learning, colour blind, etc.
Essential guidelines will be offered to consider in our publications with practical examples. Are we really being accessibility according to European regulations about this?

Practical examples:
- Photography accessible on Twitter (from mobile, computer or IOS). Alternative text needed. How to include it
- Accessible promotional image
- Accessible graphics
- Accessible posting on Facebook
- Publication: accessible official statement
- Accessible Posting on Instagram (Android)
- Post accessible videos. Subtitle. Facebook and Twitter: option to add the subtitle file. If not, describe the video in the description.

José María Fernández
Computer Engineer and Master in Application Development and Web Services from the University of Alicante. He is an expert in digital accessibility and an application developer. Since 2009 he has been working at the University of Alicante. He is currently the head of the Digital Accessibility Unit, where they ensure compliance with the European Regulation on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices, create accessible solutions and provide training in the creation of accessible digital content and digital accessibility to staff: administration, teacher and researcher. He is the creator of the accessible apps ListenAll and Ability Connect to improve opportunities for people with disabilities and has participated in numerous European projects of the Erasmus+ program, for which he has had stays in numerous countries on four continents.
Cristina Palomares
Digital Accessibility Specialist in the Digital Accessibility Unit from the UA since 2020. She graduated in Multimedia Engineering from the UA. She has been developing her profession for 8 years as a website designer and developer and expert in user experience. She obtained a Master in Graphic Design to strengthen the concepts of accessibility through a correct design, good practices in layout, accessible colours and typography. She also designs guidelines for creating accessible contents, advises and trains the university community about the use of accessible technologies and has participated in several international projects.
